United States Postal Inspection Service, and
Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Law enforcement is actively seeking the administrator of this website. If found guilty of criminal copyright infringement, the administrator could face up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 for a first-time offence. For subsequent offences, the penalties can increase to a maximum of ten years in prison and fines up to $1,000,000​.
